About us

Nestled in the heart of Cascade Heights, Natalie Bianca is a celebration of community, culture, and Southern hospitality. Created by restaurateur Jamshad ‘Jaamy’ Zarnegar, the founder of Kitty Dare, the restaurant pays homage to the rich history of Southwest Atlanta with our take on New Southern cuisine. From griddle-fried green tomatoes to slow-braised short rib and Miss Natalie’s Shrimp Pasta, every dish is crafted with intention and bold flavors that bring people together. Our cocktail menu is just as personal, with each drink named after a woman who has left a lasting impression on Jaamy’s life. With an open kitchen, a welcoming bar, and intimate patio seating, Natalie Bianca is designed for gathering, celebrating, and making memories.

We hope to see you soon!

Jamshad Jaamy Zarnegar

Owner & Visionary

A storyteller at heart—whether through food, wine, or the people who inspire him—Jaamy Zarnegar has spent a lifetime shaping memorable dining experiences. Born in Iran and educated at King William’s College on the Isle of Man, Jaamy's journey took him across continents, from North Carolina, where he earned a BS in Business Administration from UNCG, to the bustling kitchens and dining rooms that would define his career. Like many in hospitality, Jaamy started at the bottom—dishwasher, busser, server, bartender—each role refining his skills and fueling his passion. Early on, he trained under industry mentors at Southern Lights and Spinnakers, where he learned the delicate balance of hospitality: precision, warmth, and the art of bringing people together over a shared table.

In 1993, Jaamy moved to Athens, GA, stepping into the role of General Manager at the now-iconic Last Resort Grill. His leadership helped shape it into a local institution, and in 1999, he became co-owner. His expertise also took him to Northern California, where he worked with renowned Chef Gary Danko and later served as Director of Restaurants at the Westin St. Francis.

In 2021, Jaamy opened Kitty Dare, a bold, Mediterranean-inspired concept in Atlanta’s Inman Park, named after his late friend, Kitty Dare Etheridge. More than a restaurant, Kitty Dare is a tribute—an eclectic, soulful space where food, wine, and community come together with the same vibrant energy that made Kitty unforgettable.

Then, in 2024, he introduced Natalie Bianca, a love letter to Southern hospitality nestled in the heart of Cascade Heights. Named after another dear friend, Natalie Bianca embodies Jaamy’s belief that the best meals aren’t just about food—they’re about the stories, laughter, and people around the table.

Guided by a deep love for community and a passion for creating spaces that feel like home, Jaamy continues to shape Atlanta’s dining scene with warmth, intention, and a commitment to bringing people together over exceptional food and shared experiences. Whether welcoming guests at Kitty Dare’s Stella’s Magical Secret Garden or serving up New Southern classics at Natalie Bianca, he remains devoted to what he does best—creating spaces where people feel like they truly belong.

Courtney Rucker

Co-Owner & General Manager

For Courtney Rucker, hospitality isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. With a deep appreciation for food, wine, and the connections they create, she has dedicated her career to crafting meaningful dining experiences.

Born and raised at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, Courtney’s journey into hospitality began when she moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University. She got her start at Haute Restaurant and Lounge inside the Philadelphia Film Center, working alongside her mentor, Daryl Dorsey. What began as a bartending role quickly expanded into event management, where she deepened her understanding of service, guest experience, and restaurant operations. When Daryl later acquired Liberty Bar, an intimate 14-seat establishment, Courtney stepped into the role of General Manager, gaining hands-on experience in both front and back-of-house operations while refining her leadership and business acumen.

After relocating to Atlanta, Courtney immersed herself in the city’s restaurant scene, but it was wine that truly captured her curiosity. A chance meeting with Jamshad ‘Jaamy’ Zarnegar, the restaurateur behind Kitty Dare, sparked a deeper passion for exploring winemakers, regions, and pairings. At Kitty Dare, her thoughtful and adventurous approach to wine quickly made her a trusted resource for guests. Recognizing her talent, Jaamy encouraged her to expand her expertise through tastings and industry events, further shaping her perspective and knowledge. Their shared passion for hospitality and wine ultimately led to their partnership at Natalie Bianca, where Courtney now serves as Co-Owner and General Manager.

At Natalie Bianca, Courtney’s expertise in wine and dedication to hospitality shape the restaurant’s inviting, effortlessly warm atmosphere. Whether curating the wine list, guiding guests through pairings, or fine-tuning service details, she remains focused on one thing—making every visit feel special, welcoming, and worth returning for.
